Where do I email my photo/photos to? Please email your photo/photos to with your order number in the subject line. Allow 5-7 business days to receive your outline mockup for your approval.

Can I send more than one photo? Absolutely! If you want several different people or pets together but you don't have a singular photo of all of them at one time, you can send individual photos and I can place them together. I will send you a mockup outline for your approval before working on the final product.

How do I add a sleeve text or text underneath my outline? It is an additional $10 to add any text. You can add this listing below to do so!

I forgot to add the "Add-On Text" to my order. What can I do? No worries! Go ahead and purchase the "Add-On Text" listing anyway. Reference your order number in the notes box during checkout and I will refund you for any shipping for that order!

Can I choose my own thread color? Yes and it is at no extra cost. Just let me know the different thread color that you'd like in the notes box on the checkout page or in your email.

Can you embroider on children's clothing? I do not have the capacity or to carry children's clothing at the moment.

Should I let you know if this is a gift? Yes! Please let me know if it's a gift. I will only post about your order updates after the gift is sent out/received as to not ruin the surprise if the gift receiver is following us on social media.

What is the turnaround time? I am still a one woman show working on these awesome custom pieces so to be safe it will take 2-3 weeks to process. The turnaround time also accounts for the time it takes for you to approve your outline so be sure to reply as quickly as possible.

Please do not contact me about order updates until the full 3 weeks maximum processing time. I understand the excitement but rest assured I am working hard to get all of the orders out in the order that it is placed. (I do try to ship earlier but the maximum time is 3 weeks)

If you need your order by a specific time frame, please order well in advance to allow for the processing time.
