Return/Exchange Policy

We offer 14-days after your delivery date for returns/exchanges for all unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached. Items must be in their original condition, free of stains of food, makeup, dirt, etc. 

Sorry, we cannot accept returns after 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns can be made in-store with a receipt present or online by email: info@happykeeps.com

Please note that discounted, seasonal, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
