WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All ready-made items, boutique clothing, accessories, and home goods will ship within 2-3 business days.
Happy Keeps embroidered items are made-to-order in house. If your purchase includes a made-to-order item, your entire order will ship out promptly once production is completed. The current processing time for made-to-order items is up to 3 weeks, as we may need time to order your specific size and style of blank clothing.
If you wish to have the ready-made portion of your order shipped out faster than the 3 week processing time, we suggest ordering the made-to-order items as a separate transaction.
We always strive to have your made-to-order items shipped as soon as possible, but it may take up to 3 weeks at certain times of the year. Please give us grace on processing delays and shipping times that are out of our control.
There is an increased number of shipping delays with USPS. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The processing times detailed below are NOT guaranteed at this time.
We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door, so please read below to help guide you through the shipping process. Our customers are our number one priority and we do everything in our control to ensure your order arrives to you as soon as possible!

When will my order ship?
All ready-made orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks if your order includes Happy Keeps made-to-order items . Standard shipping is through USPS or UPS. We personally drop off your packages to the post office the same day or next day that your order has been placed. Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking to update in the system. Once the shipping provider is in possession of the package, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, we do NOT have a guarantee delivery by a specific date. Shipping may exceed 6 days due to transit delays and USPS not delivering on Sundays or holidays.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Happy Keeps cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, errors made by the shipping provider, etc. We are located in Columbus, OH.
NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A MADE-TO-ORDER HAPPY KEEPS EMBROIDERED ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE ITEM HAS BEEN MADE, UP TO 3 WEEKS.
International Orders:
CURRENT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FACING MAJOR DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS AND Severe Weather. Customers are still receiving their packages, but with major delays.
Do you ship internationally?
For all international orders please provide your shipping address in English at checkout. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.
All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.
All international orders are prepared with the relevant customs documentation completed, which should help your order to make it into your home country without any undue delays.
By making a purchase with us, you agree Happy Keeps will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
Missing orders can be stressful, but no worries!! Most orders will turn up for customers in three days. If your address was entered correctly, we suggest checking around your house or with your neighbors. Should your address be correct, and you are unable to locate your order around your home or with your neighbors, we suggest allowing three days for your order to show up. At times, carriers can incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. Should your order not arrive in 3 days, please reach out.
If your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items if available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Yes, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email please reach out to info@happykeeps.com as soon as you can so that we have time to correct it. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address and will need to wait to redeliver when it gets shipped back to us.
Customer will have to pay for reshipment cost.
What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?
If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Happy Keeps. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer’s correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice.
You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to Happy Keeps before your order goes through the returns process.
