Custom Silhouette FAQ

Custom Silhouette Outline Clothing Update: When you place your order, please send your photo to shophappykeeps@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping

What is the turnaround time? The turnaround time is a full 2-3 WEEKS from the date of purchase, plus the shipping time as the clothing is made to order. However, I always try my best to get them out before then but the maximum time is 3 weeks/21 days. Please wait the full amount of the processing time before asking about any order updates. Your order is in the queue and will be made within the 3 weeks processing time.

Order well in advance or if you need an order by a certain date. 

Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes, you will be notified with your tracking number to your email address as soon as your order ships in 2-3 weeks.

My item arrived damaged from shipping - Please email me within 14 days of receiving your damaged item so I can get it sorted out for you.

My item was marked as delivered but I can't find it - 

First check the address on the order and confirm that you entered the correct address. Once your item ships it is in the hands of USPS.  It is possible it was delivered to a neighbor, stolen or it's still sitting in the back of a delivery truck. Please contact your post office or speak to your mail person. 

Many times the package finds its way to the correct address within a week but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items marked as "delivered.”

Do you have an affiliate program or do collaborations? If you are looking to get free items, I do not offer this. All available items can be found on the Happy Keeps Market website.

Do you offer wholesale/custom orders?

Customs/Wholesale: Customs are open! Email shophappykeeps@gmail.com with your idea, size, and color t-shirt or sweatshirt you'd like.

T-shirts range from $32-$45 and sweatshirts range from $45-$70.

I cannot offer wholesale due to my current workload.

 

Do you offer baby/children's clothing? I only offer adult clothing.

Will you be restocking the out of stock items? Happy Keeps Market is a small batch business. There is no guarantee that any item will restock. If you see something you love, make sure you get it! (: 

If there is a design that you've seen previously but is no longer available online, you can request that as a custom in an email and I would be happy to create it for you!

 

Vintage/Preloved Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you get your vintage/preloved items? We (Cody and Lina) source all of our vintage/preloved finds ourselves! In our free time, you can find us at thrift shops and yard sales finding the coolest goodies for you! We are sure to curate cool things that we think you will love.

Where can I shop your vintage/preloved items? You can shop our story sales where you can get first dibs or at our in-person pop-up shops. Pop-Up Schedule

If you shop our story sales, you will pay through Venmo. Upon approval of your claim, you will receive the tracking number through the direct messages in 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships out.
