After you email your photo or photos, I will email an outline mockup of your photo for approval before the final production begins. The outline may take UP TO 5-7 business days.

If you would like another thread color besides white or black, please specify the thread color in your email or the "Notes and special instructions" that can be found on the checkout page.

Sizing/Fit: This is a standard unisex sized sweatshirt therefore it fits looser and baggy on a woman. I would recommend getting your true size.  If you would like an oversized fit, I would recommend sizing up by one size. 

Add-On Text (+$5-$10): This is only if you have purchased the add on text separate listing. If you would like to add a custom embroidered phrase underneath the silhouette outline, be sure to specify the text at the bottom of the checkout page in the "notes to seller" section box. Please specify if you would like it in a standard cursive font or in a times not cursive font.

Turnaround time: The turnaround time is a full 10-18 business days/3 weeks plus the shipping time given the custom nature of this product. Please wait the full amount of the processing time before asking about any order updates.
